Summer Icon Set

I was asked by my art director to come up with a set of "summer" icons for use in a Facebook banner among other things. I was asked to illustrate the items with a thick black stroke, which is not my usual style, but I was up for the challenge. I think the items got better as I went, with the watermelon being the first item and the flip-flops being the last.
