BaSalam Advertisement System

BaSalam.com is a social marketplace based in Iran with 3+ million users and the mission to connect buyers to producers and sellers of local and home-made products.

For continuous improvement of BaSalam, I conducted User Research to gain insights into the challenges faced by sellers. The feedback received was invaluable in uncovering their desires for effective product promotion, improved serviceability, and revenue growth. Taking this valuable input into account, I designed Basalam's advertisement system to empower sellers to effectively promote their products and achieve their business goals.

Doing so, our team was able to drive greater product visibility for sellers and increase BaSalam's revenue channels.
