About UA Local 469

UA Local 469 is a union of tradesmen and tradeswomen in Arizona. They consist of 4,000+ pipefitters, plumbers, welders, and HVAC technicians building a better future for Arizona and themselves. Their aim is to help union members get the wages, benefits, and career opportunities they deserve for their trade skills.

Our Process

The goal of the UA Local 469 website redesign was to encourage more tradesmen and tradeswoman to join their union. In order to do this we needed to modernize the site design and make sure the users journey from landing on the site to signing up to join the union was as simple and painless as possible, using modern web practices and updating the font choices and colors used, along with simple layouts that are easy for a user to follow to get to their main goal.
