Muscle gain sucess transformation 20 lbs in 7 weeks.

The 4 week nutrition program offered by fitness covah Nimra Nawaz Coast has been easily one of the best investments of my life. The most important lesson learned was that carbs are not bad and they actually are really good for building muscle! Dr Nimra Nawaz is very patient and has a lot of knowledge about nutrition and muscle building. Her approach to muscle building is healthy and it can be adapted to any specific diet or lifestyle. I am a vegetarian and I managed to gain over 15 pounds of muscle and go from 26% to 16% of body fat in a year. I feel more confident in my body than ever. I feel like I’ve incorporated all the learnings from coach Nimra Nawaz program in my everyday life.The 4 week program gave me all the tools and knowledge I needed to work on my body goals in a healthy way through the most efficient practices to increase muscle gain.
