Back when large p2p games like Minecraft exploded I thought it was interesting how a server owner could make a living if he played his cards right. I witnessed several accounts of server admins managing their servers so well that they were able to quit their day job. So, I thought.. much like companies can hire consulting / marketing groups to help them manage their companies better.. could server owners do the same thing?
I put together this little concept of what one of these "server consulting" groups might look like. The live link listed below is a WIP, it still has some placeholders in it.. so cut me some slack! :D
