The goal of the project was to connect gym owners with personal trainers through an app that allows gym owners to advertise their space and trainers to easily book it. The designer interviewed gym owners and personal trainers to identify their needs and preferences and then created sketches, low-fidelity wireframes, and a style guide. The final app includes features such as a search function, a chat feature, and a subscription-based revenue model. The designer monitored the app after launch to receive feedback from users and improve the user experience.
