Explaining UX to the business
Using and creating an UX process.
Having a process is all good, but when the process doesnt work? I have been a part of delivering many UX processes that suits different needs. Also a big part of what i do is helping teams to get comfortable and understanding the importance of UX as a natural part of development, not just an entity on its own.
I make presentations, suggestions of processes to get the whole company onboard.
