Yaris Cross Refresh Campaign Proposal

Brief: To increase awareness for Yaris Cross. The refresh campaign should highlight the USPs and benefits of the Yaris Cross but have a new and improved look to it.

BIG IDEA: YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND

We’re not looking to reinvent the wheel. This concept builds upon the launch’s tagline—A CROSS BETWEEN PERFORMANCE AND HYBRID EFFICIENCY. This allows us to confidently start each communication off with something familiar to the audience.

"Your New Best Friend" concept takes a more playful approach, drawing parallels between the Yaris Cross and a really good friend—all in the name of shouting out the USPs. The idea here is to portray memories that you as a consumer can create with your brand new Yaris Cross - in motifs such as postcards, frames and polaroids. Ultimately, Yaris Cross is a car for urban adventurers and in this new refresh campaign, I wanted to portray Yaris Cross as such.
