The task

A "fun" project I just finished for school! (I use "fun" lightly because it was my first JavaScript project and... wow 😅). But creating the Gameboy modal in HTML and CSS was actually really fun! The task was to build a small web application with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that loads data from an external API and enables the viewing of data points in detail.

Desktop version of the app

I designed the app with gaming in mind! When you click on a Pokemon, a modal pops up with details of the Pokemon that mimics an old Gameboy Color!

Mobile version

On the mobile version of the website, only one Pokemon button is displayed per line for easier readability.
