What was the purpose of the project?

The purpose of the Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited (PID) website redesign project was to improve the user experience and make it easier for people to access information and services related to water supply in the Kathmandu valley.

As a government project, the website likely has a public service aspect, and the redesign have been aimed at improving transparency, accountability, including navigation, visual design, and accessibility. Lastly, making the website more mobile-friendly, as more and more users are accessing the internet through mobile devices.
