The purpose of the onboarding process is to cater to users who lack technical expertise, so we incorporated a backend administrative dashboard to simplify this procedure for the representatives who would create user accounts and populate those with personal and medical information.Upon discharge from the hospital, individuals meeting certain criteria receive a phone call. If they express interest, a representative enters their personal information and relevant health data to create an account. The patient is provided with appropriate vital tracking devices, such as blood pressure or glucose monitors, based on their medical conditions. The representative configures the frequency of readings and sets reminders for the user during this phase.
