Lessons learned from a year of building something great

Betaflux Sigma Lab Turns 1 today!

Here are a few learnings that we've learnt over the past year:

✍ Move with intent: No matter how trivial the task, setting an intent to reach that task's ideal end is a good way to ensure every day of our life we spend working, we're moving forward instead of being stuck in circles.

☘ Patience: On days when it seems other things are shinier or the world is moving too fast, are the days when we need to hold our grit together and move forward with the clarity and assurance that no second we devote to our tasks is meaningless, because we are building a body of work, something to be proud of.

🙌 Community: No matter where we're working from, how our background noise or ambience is, we're a close knit group of people who take effort, ownership and consistently grow beyond our glass ceilings that tell us to live within a box.

💬 Good things take time: Nothing worthwhile or long-lasting is built in a day. But if we craft our work just a little better one day at a time, never stop learning and help others around us, I think we're hitting the formula for building something great, something meaningful, something that we can be proud of

Lastly, but most importantly, I'm grateful for having everyone from my team here 🙏 . They've shown evidence of the above learnings through conduct, daily behaviour and been showing up everyday.

Building things together that we're proud of!f🧤
