FMK | Print design: event promo material

REQUIREMENT: Faculty for Media and Communications was preparing another “open door” day.  They had some photos that were used for social media promotion, and they wanted some or one of them included. Linked version is the one that was additionally printed as a poster and brochure and used for traditional promotion campaign. 

PROCESS: In this task I started from the story I wanted to tell through visual. The photograph with a girl that I have been picked in shot from high and up angle, seeing her hiding on the stairs, in her little corner, learning and discovering new and interesting facts of life. Since their tagline was “DISCOVER WHAT YOU WISH FOR” I found this photograph as ideal for the campaign. I have increased it's contrast and add some additional yellow that is communicating youth and freedom. By adding simple branding and text with witch I was provided, I got a simple and clean result that is sending a message we all wanted to share.
