Login and Reset Password

This is a login/reset password form that I designed for Radio.co. I did a bit of research on login forms and figured out that the best practice is to merge email and password input fields. It minimises visual load and makes it easier on the eye. Login form is the first daily interface touch point for most of the returning users and therefore it has to mirror the ideology and simplicity of the entire product. People often underestimate the importance of a good login page but I personally believe that besides a landing page, login page acts as the second face for the brand. I used a slightly blurred and faded (not distracting) background image with a laptop and a mixer to inform the user. It almost creates that feeling of "yea, that's what I will get after the login". I hope you like it.
