Sugar-free Barfi

A sugar-free version of barfi can be made by substituting the sugar with a natural sweetener such as stevia, erythritol, xylitol, or jaggery. Some recipes also use dates or raisin puree to sweeten the barfi. Sugar-free barfi can also be made by using sugar-free sweeteners such as sugar-free condensed milk and sugar alternatives.

It’s important to note that sugar-free barfi may still contain calories from other ingredients, so it’s important to check the nutrition label or consult a dietitian if you have specific dietary restrictions.
