Auburn Soccer Invitational - Brand

The local Auburn youth soccer club wanted to rebrand their old event into a modern, attractive visual design they could use to attract new teams to the event. My challenge was to build on the visual brand that Auburn, Alabama already conveys. As a premier, division 1 college, Auburn University was the natural choice to start exploring. The iconic Samford Hall clock tower, known as "Big Sam," is the most recognizable element for this tiny college town. After much research and several iterations, I came up with the clock tower silhouette used in the final logo.

After approval from the client, I then began to explore how to effectively introduce the new brand to our audience. Using our social media channels, I developed the 4 cards here. Essentially each card emphasizes the main elements of the final card - the new logo, registration and dates.

Overall the client has been very happy with this new tournament brand. With this being a second-year event, I provided a solid foundation of visual design for the event to build upon.
