WhatsApp Case Study

WhatsApp is a widely used messaging app, but users face several UX/UI problems that can make it challenging to use. These problems include difficulty in finding specific chats, confusing message threading, poor media management and limited customization options. To address these problems, we tried to redesign some of the functionality based on research and experience.
