This floral collection expresses the strength and fragility of being a human. Cycle I (2022) symbolises the permanence of harm, countless masks we wear, reversed realities, repetition of breaking and recovering, managing invaded spaces, impending aging, and the choice of seeing the world through rose-tinted glasses. Cycle II (2022) signifies irreversibility of toxicity, creation of own's luck or relying on symbols, boundless ridiculousness of imagination, multi-dimensionality of each perspective, embrace of our playfulness, and the lengths people would go to chase ecstasy. Cycle III (2022) epitomises channeling anger towards making something constructive instead of destructive, the limit of balance, the decision to stay in or out the status quo, human's greed that supersedes the need to take care of resources from our natural environment, the duality of the effects of blue on our emotions, the never-ending repair we have to make to amend our errors, and the ever-questioning of the colour pink. Cycle IV (2022) personifies the stubbornness yet persistence of humans, the boundary between the need and want of a sheltered life, the feeling of being directionless, the line between pretend and genuineness, the need of multi-tasking, and the fragile balance between permanence and temporal.
