Landing page for a premium residential complex

Hello 👋

The task was to develop a landing page for an elite residential complex. It had to be in minimalist style, in English, and convey premium quality.

I chose an unusual architecture located in China, on top of a mountain.

For the design, I:

◾ used a monochrome, dark color scheme.

◾ I chose grotesque typography, thin and large headlines.

◾ the main emphasis was on photos. We were lucky that the housing estate had large, professional photos, so we were able to successfully adapt them into the design.

◾ came up with a smooth, minimalistic animation
