Fun little personal project I made in Adobe After Effects

In between client work and life happening, I finally found some time to work on a fun personal project again. The idea for this has been stuck in my head for a while now and it was so much fun to jump into Illustrator and just start creating.

The tricky part was getting the physics right. I didn't study a real ball falling, rolling or bouncing but just went with my gut and how I thought that the ball would behave in reality.

I didn't use any plugins but heard that there are a few great ones that would have helped me achieve what I wanted. Still, it was a great learning experience to create the whole animation from scratch and with the regular effects that AE is providing.
