Contract management UX
I recently took on a UX challenge where I had the opportunity to analyze an existing design and make improvements to enhance the user experience.
After examining the original design, I identified the good UX elements and the areas that needed improvement. By taking user persona into account, I proposed a new design that focuses on displaying risks and opportunities directly on the contract page, adding alerts, using a consistent color scheme and icons for clear visual hierarchy, and improving the side navigation bar design.
