1) Have a design that represents our core messaging and product. We included more video and graphics to reflect our high-end video and user experience. 2) We are not just a mobile advertising network anymore - we are building exciting technology and want to shape the future of video on mobile. To do this we need to show a focus on design, our tech and engineering to help us make this shift. 3) Be mobile first - our old website was not responsive 4) Target our different audiences with relevant information and have focused customer journeys. 5) Attract awesome talent with a focused and filtered career/culture/talent section
