Branding for an e-learning company with focus on professional improvement and career progression

About the project

The Education and Environment Institute (INEM) was created to address a market shortage of certified courses for professional development in the Pedagogical and Environmental areas. We accepted the challenge of identifying INEM's target audience through market research and developing a brand that aligned with their needs.

Our goal from the beginning was to convey INEM's philosophy of supporting career progression through specialization. To achieve this, we identified INEM's main characteristics as welcoming, practical, and efficient. These qualities are reflected in their direct, clear, and captivating communication.

Visually, we aimed to create an easy connection between the brand and the services offered, as INEM was often confused with an organization with an ecological focus. We developed an icon featuring a graduate hat, which represents the brand's commitment to professional development. The color palette, inspired by the local flora, adds a touch of environmental consciousness that's characteristic to the brand.

To ensure a practical and optimized structure, we rebuilt the website from scratch, making navigation through the teaching areas, workload, and course purchase intuitive and efficient.

Our efforts resulted in a brand that fulfills its mission of facilitating access to professional development.
