HR management dashboard

Today I have designed an HR management dashboard is an important tool that provides HR professionals with a comprehensive view of the recruitment process. This dashboard includes metrics such as total applicants, which represents the number of individuals who have applied for one or more open positions within a specific time period, job viewed, which represents the number of times job postings have been viewed on the company's website or other job boards, job applied, which represents the number of times individuals have applied for a specific job posting. Additionally, the dashboard also includes the number of rejected candidates, the current status of an applicant's application, and the number of resumes received or reviewed. Lastly, the number of candidates who meet the initial screening requirements and are considered "candidates" for a specific job posting. These metrics provide a clear and concise overview of the recruitment process and allow HR managers to make data-driven decisions to improve their recruitment process and attract and hire the best candidates for the company.
