To kick off the new year, I’m sharing one piece of my recent work for Luxury Presence, a leading real estate marketing platform based in California, US.
The team at LP prides itself on offering an always-evolving set of products for the property agents with a single aim: help them close out more deals. With that, we couldn’t miss out on the opportunity to build out our own home valuation tool.Â
The flow would have a form of customizable elements that could be seamlessly integrated into the agents’ websites, increasing the trust between them and their potential customers, the home sellers. More importantly, it would provide the agents with an additional touchpoint to generate leads.
As always, the design had to be sleek and functional with a touch of innovation which, at this time, went beyond just the estimate to offer deeper market insights.
