Basically, to convert an audience into a customer, they have to go through some process. Audiences go through all those processes and eventually become customers. This process is known as sales funnel.

Awareness: A completely new customer does not know about your brand or business. Your first task is to introduce him to your brand. In this stage the customer faces a specific problem and seeks a solution. Right now a brand appears in front of him with a possible solution to that problem. Highlight customer pain points and relate your product or service to them. Create stunning graphics and creatives about products and services

Interests: If the attention of the audience is attracted, then the process of making him visit your Facebook page or website is interest. At this stage, the seller provides detailed information about the product to his customers. His products and services provide insight into how he is able to solve customer problems. Customers are interested in a brand's product or service.

Decision: At this stage, the audience is interested in buying the product or service but cannot be completely sure whether to buy. He looks at product reviews or collects necessary information about the product and tries to find the best offer. The type of content you provide to customers at this stage, Testimonials Pricing pages Discount codes Customer reviews and product recommendations Live demos or tutorial webinars Product comparisons

Action: Action is the final step in converting an audience into a customer. In this case Facebook's call to action buttons are used, such as Book Now, Download, Shop, Contract etc. By using these buttons an audience completes the order and becomes a customer.
