design ui/ux of SANANDAJ(capital of kurdestan) website

hi there, i design a webpage .almost i try to add a creatively UI .

The customer of website are citizen of city so, I decided to use the colors that made them truth(like blue).

I use :adobe xd and illustrator for iImplementation.
