Sprocket iOS Added Unknown Location State

I realized that I need to add this state if no location is given rather than default to San Jose, California because there are a lot of people using the app all over the world who dont give their location for one reason or another. Essentially we were getting a suspiciously large amount of Indian-looking bicycles being posted in San Jose. So now when that happens its super clear to buyers that a location was explicitly not given by the owner to Sprocket.
