Car Rental and Subscription App - Browse Cars

Kär is a modern car subscription app that enables users to rent a car with a monthly subscription fee.

In this project, I took responsibility for the following:

• Mobile app design

• Web dashboard design

• Marketing website design

• User onboarding and verification process

• Car search, filter, and subscription process

• Bill-payment process

• Car delivery and return process

I single-handedly designed this project from UX research, UX design, process design, and UI design.I used the design thinking methodology throughout the project. I conducted interviews and built personas based on the interview results to understand the business and users. I did the competitive analysis to understand the competitor's strategy and gap analysis to understand the competitors' business strategies and find out possible competitive advantages. After this, I created a value proposition that could solve our user's problems and make our product competitive and viable.

For the design part of the project, I started with hand-drawn sketches as low-fidelity wireframes and did high-fidelity wireframes, which led to the final UI design. Then I created an interactive prototype to review and test the design with stakeholders and users.
