Stress Clock Design

I wish to have a clock designed. The clock has 9 numbers and is set to 9. The clock is a vibrant style of surrealism. Each number is to represent an element of anxiety. Next to the 9 numbers are 9 brains. Each brain has differing distinguish mental affectations. The clock itself is not a perfect circle it is a version of round interfered by anxiety. Feel free to be experimental and trust in the first design that comes to your mind. I will also need the 9 numbers with nine brains in separate individual files
