Vængir

Flight club Vængir was founded in 2013 around the operation of the aircraft TF-OMG. Vængir owes its name to the airline Vængir all the way back to 1970, which previously operated scheduled and charter flights mainly in the west and the north.

When the club was founded, an "unknown designer" was hired to draw the club's initial logo, which featured the combination of wings and the letter "V". With that, it was decided to transfer the basic image to digital form, adjust the proportions and choose the theme color of the flying club.

The logo was designed in 2015.
