UI Challenge #1: Rocket League Team Finder Sign Up Page Mobile

I was supposed to start the 100 day UI challenge 4 days ago... but you know how it goes. Anyways, I'm going to be doing these challenges inconsistently but I aim to finish all 100. This is my attempt at the first challenge and the prompt was to make a sign up page for anything.
