About Company
This is an apartment complex, not an hotel. So people rent apartments in this complex. It will be renamed to "Aspire". Along with the new name it should have a new logo.
We're looking for this to be aspiring to be higher end. Target audience is people who need to rent apartments and earn 40,000-50,000$ per year. Lots of studio and one bedrooms, which means younger folks.
Logo Concept
The rectangle is related from the apartment building. The smaller triangle until bigger in a logo is related for to be aspiring to be higher end. So, this apartment indicate that they have a aspire to be higher end. I also choose this shape because that similar to letter "A". The thin line and thin font is used because it indicate luxury and modern.
