Mia Mormino - 'Building Blocks' Illustration
Collaboration with Singer-songwriter Mia Mormino who explores the seven deadly sins through an aptly title collection, The Seven Deadly Sin-gles. Each one of the 7 singles represents a specific deadly sin and I took on the role of creating an illustration to promote each single capturing & combing the mood of the music and the of concept the sin it represents.
Demonstrating the sin Sloth and matching the haunting tone of the single ‘Building Blocks’ the illustration includes a loafing young woman in an enchanted forest setting with a limited cool color palette to communicate the lethargic tone.
