Skill Matrix / Competency Map

Created an easy-to-use skill matrix / competency map in Figma. Simple, scalable and useful for smaller design teams that doesn't need a very well defined competency map.

For a more detailed competency map you could have multiple sheets focusing on different aspects like hard skills, soft skills and knowledge of different product domains.
