Blog Post Layout Idea

Hi! I created this layout idea for a blog post or news article. I played a lot with overlapping and kind of offset shapes. I created a background container for the main blog information (like the title, author, date, etc. ) and I broke that container with both the image and the main navigation for the site. I also added a table of contents section off to the right. The current section is highlighted using bold text and an offset underline. Let me know what you think!
