My experience with Upgraded

I'm Jhunior, leader of the design team in Paulonia since its foundation. As Paulonia, we have worked with Bitmaker for more than 2 years, we managed to participate in several projects as designers and developers 🤖.
Thanks to Bitmaker, I was able to be part of the team of designers at Upgraded, a company for retailers and lenders, enabling technology product leases, loans, upgrade programs and subscriptions.
Being part of this wonderful team, I was able to meet many people very close to the Apple company, hear their work methodology and many future projects that they want to carry out.
Working for Upgraded was a vital part of my training as a designer, because together with them I was able to learn tools like Framer and Whimsical, and improve my skills in Figma.
I was able to learn about design patterns and trends best applied to apps and web pages from North America and some European countries, where minimalism and the range of pastel colors are highly appreciated.
Throughout the journey with Upgraded I was able to meet great people like John and Bryan, who had the patience and time to not feel pressured by a new culture and language.
Thanks to its clear and precise requirements, it was very easy to be able to optimize the working time, under the creation of components and a Design Kit, which made it very fast to be able to move between platforms, such as Figma and Framer 🙏.
As Paulonia, we hope to continue creating projects hand in hand with Bitmaker and Upgraded and help them achieve their goals.
