Digital brand - Hamilton City Council

We were engaged to refresh their digital brand to a relevant and relatable one. To create a familiar visual language for all Hamiltonians, we took the mighty Waikato river as our main inspiration. The river connects, is culturally significant and is just very beautiful. The design focuses on clear page layouts to provide good readability and to make information easy to find. On top of that, we added some ‘non-council’ flair to avoid becoming boring. Resulting in a visually rich website that makes looking up when to put the bins out a breeze.
