Naturkartan Logotype

This is the logotype for Naturkartan (outdoor map), a Swedish service that helps you plan and find your way to the great outdoors. Naturkartan collaborates with different municipalities in Sweden to bring a custom tailored outdoor map for each.

The logo shape is derived from a scout badge, an idea from the one of the founders. It felt natural to portray a forest in the logo, combined with a road it gives a sense of adventure. The logo was made in a number of sizes, where smaller sizes reduces the number of tree tops so it remains distinct.
