Introducing the new logo for APTVEST. APTVEST connects investors with exclusive multifamily real estate deals that make an impact. Investments that not only improve these properties but transform the lives of residents, helping to create community and elevate entire neighborhoods over time.

At the heart of APTVEST is the star. It acts as a beacon and a guide. This is part of the APTVEST ethos. We are more than just investors, we are guides, leading our clients and coming along beside them. To reflect this, the star was embedded in mark itself, carved out of the negative space from the counter of the monogram. When stacked with the logotype, the counter of the 'V' completes the star shape.
