Problem Defination

Can we develop a website that will increase usage of HR functionalities and social platform together?

User-centric, easy to use, responsive, social, personalized, and holistic design approach.

Result

Created a platform where employees, managers and HR can manage the actions and processes from one place and socialize within the scope of Human and Culture transformation.

My Wall & Widgets

We designed a home page for socialization and HR shortcuts. Each employee has a profile, and the platform offers multiple social media functions like following other profiles, posting on the timeline, sharing stories, posting comments as well as likes.

About Me

Our employees can access their resumes and career information in this section. They also have the flexibility to update their information.

Appreciation Page

Appreciation page where the employees can thank their colleagues under different categories. More than 7300 thanks already given :)

Career Dashboard

Employees can follow and examine all the details of their careers in depth. The most prominent point here is that it is based on transparency.
