Empuls- Employee management SAAS product Branding

Who is Empuls:

Empuls is an employee engagement SaaS product serving ~100 customers and has 100K+ users across the globe. The product has solutions for improving motivation, sharing appreciation, collecting feedback and building a culture of trust, transparency and openness.

Problem:

Our old logo concept was directly generated from the Ikigai

Concept. But this mark is pretty common and old fashioned. So we

wanted to create something more modern and upmarket but at the same time we wanted to stick with the core Ikigai concept.

Solution:

Our old logo was created directly from the Ikigai concept. Inspired from the old logo and Ikigai concept we played with the box / square shaped concept and created our new logo. We have used shape transparency to create this modern mark. We have kept the shapes rounded becasue it gives a soft and friendly vibe. In addition, multicolor shapes gives the idea of multicultural environment which is a core concept of our brand. We also developed new logotype for our logo which is modern and unique.
