This picture was created to promote Andersen's internships and motivate young professionals to join our company.
The main idea was to show the rapid career growth of a young IT specialist. Thus, the hang glider symbolizes an employee of our company, while the stairs mean a professional path that is full of obstacles.
As for the way this inspiring picture was envisioned and created, our work included the following steps:
Search for ideas and sketching: At this stage, we define the overall layout, select suitable symbols, and choose the best angle we need.
Choosing the best matching colors: After the sketching stage, we add necessary changes to the characters, ensure the best look, and shape the focus via various color palettes.
