E-Convo ( Email Client) Case Study

Design Brief

E-Convo is an email client designed for busy users that can't stand formal clunky emailing platforms. E-Convo makes emailing more conversational like messaging on your phone. This case study highlights UI designs and two feature designs for solving formal clunky emailing.

Problem Statement

The modern online entrepreneur needs an email client that is fast, efficient, and a little less formal. Busy people would rather text than email and the user needs features that automate her emails to help her spend less time on email.

I focus on the UI design of app and two features in this case study (Threaded chat style and Canned response)

Research

Competitive sets from user research & user persona were provided for this project. The concept for the main flow of the application will include canned responses and a chat-like, threaded reading experience.

User Flows & Wireframes

The initial flow of E-Convo and the goal was to reduce the steps it took for the user to send a message (canned response) or schedule an email response for later.
