As a designer myself, I know that the hardest thing in graphic designer's work is to understand brand identity.

To understand this, all we have to do:

1. Carefully listen to the client

2. Understanding their needs

3. Finding a balance between thinking and doing

4. Being multi-skilled

5. Always being in touch with clients and following their feedback
