Patientory - Activity Tracker [by PixelPlex]

Hey, there!

We're back with more screens that display different activities and data tracking. For example, users can enter COVID-19 vaccination data and monitor symptoms, create and follow individual fitness plans, receive personalized nutrition plans, and add their photos to check the changes in their shape.

When working on our design, we aimed to make it convenient for the user to navigate through these screens. We have also used a color palette, scales and graphs that will allow users to easily see and understand how trends change based on the data they enter.
