Paw Walk Case Study by Marek Szymański

Paw Walk is an application for dog owners and dog walkers to find their perfect match. It was created as a part of the Dribbble’s Product Design Course and the whole process took around 7-8 weeks. It included Product, Market and User Research, group brainstorming and a lot of individual work.

Timeline

Timeline

At the beginning, all participants and their mentor spent some time on Product and User Research. The group of people form different backgrounds and countries interviewed potential users and shared their results and ideas in order to state main pain points and solutions to them.

Once the main goals had been set each participant started their own work on their own solution. The first step was to determine the App Flow, generate User Persona and then create Wireframes.

After some iterations these steps allowed me to create the Visual Version of the application and its working prototype. After a few interview sessions the whole product evolved to it's current state.

Conclusion

The whole process of designing Paw Walk was an amazing experience and allowed me to try my hand at the Product Design process. I believe that the application is an answer to the most pressing problems for dog owners and walkers and I hope to see it implemented one day.
