A lot of dog walking apps are overloaded with features and are too complicated for first time users. The goal was to make it easier for a first time dog walking services user to easily find and book a walk.

The flow was optimized for simplicity and ease of use. I may know I'm going to book a walk, so I start by creating my pet profile. Another user may just want to browse and find creating the profile cumbersome.

A main complaint was how much information you had to give the app before you could search for a walker. A simplified email and password input allows you to jump straight to an account page where you can choose whether you want to provide more information or start looking for a walker.

Information at a glance was important to many of the users I spoke to. I allowed them to know if a walker was available in the card and request more information as needed. Other important user values included transparent pricing and dependability. Those are also clearly visible from the card.
