Black Sabbath (I Tre Volti Della Paura) LP

This cover is one of my favorite work for the movie soundtrack label Dagored.

I remember there was a lot of work and calculations for this artwork because the cover is actually a three-layer cover and everything must be carefully positioned to get the effect we were looking for. The sleeve has got a white skull design with holed eyes, that shows the inside of the sleeve where a red colored acetate insert shows the same skull with a screaming woman silhouette drawn in the eyes position. A black inner-sleeve hold the transparent vinyls, where two threatening faces from the movie are printed as labels.
