TATUUM is a brand that for 25 years has been creating timeless fashion inspired by and addressed to Polish women. The brand's DNA enshrines the values most important to it: quality, style, naturalness, authenticity and commitment. Focusing a large part of sales on the online channel, forced by the COVID 19 pandemic, made the TATUUM brand undertake a project in cooperation with Media4U to create a new online store.

A new, dedicated e-commerce platform, based on Cartalo engine, was created from scratch. E-store in accordance with the needs of customers, friendly layout, used the potential of omnichannel. Mobile and desktop website create one coherent shopping world.

Premise

One of the biggest challenges facing the TATUUM brand in 2020 proved to be temporarily moving all sales to the online channel. In the case of TATUUM, this was a particularly difficult task as some of the brand's most active customers are mature women who, prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, had never shopped online.

The main goal of the brand was to make it as easy as possible to make a purchase through the online channel - so that it could be used by people who do not feel confident "online". At the same time TATUUM wanted to attract a completely new customer, with a different shopping profile. Created from scratch, the new, dedicated platform/e-commerce, based on Cartalo engine, makes shopping fast and easy.

What we did?

The website is kept in minimalistic stylistics. During its designing, the priority was the usability of the store for the clients, therefore a lot of attention was paid to the optimization of navigation. The website uses 100% of the screen visibility. The module for managing the view of the homepage allows easy management of content that appears on the store's website, and makes it easy to change layouts and prepare templates with the appropriate set of banner sections.

On the homepage, you can use product frames that navigate the customer directly to the product page. Thanks to them, users can immediately find novelties or products that have aroused their interest.
